Rafe Esquith is my go-to-guy when I need some fuel in my teaching fire. He is an inner-city teacher who creates magic in his classroom by passionately sharing himself with his students. Classtime in his room is from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is jam-packed with Shakespeare, chess, math club, guitar lessons, and pretty much anything else you can think of.
